Yes. We take privacy and security very seriously. All video calls and chats on MissPoppins are encrypted and completely private. We never share your personal information, and all payments are processed securely through trusted payment systems.

• For parents: There’s no subscription required – you pay per session or purchase a package of sessions, based on the coach’s rates and offerings. There are no hidden fees; you only pay for the coaching you book.

• For coaches: You subscribe to a membership plan (choose either a six-month or an annual plan) to use the platform. Coaches keep 100% of the fees they charge for their sessions – MissPoppins does not take a commission from your earnings.

• For parents: You pay securely through the MissPoppins platform at the time of booking a session (using a credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods). Our system ensures your payment information is encrypted and protected.

• For coaches: Payouts are deposited directly into your bank account on a regular schedule. We process coach payments twice a month (on the 15th and 30th) so you receive your earnings promptly and reliably.

If you’re a certified parenting coach or family-related expert, you can apply to join MissPoppins through our website. Once approved, you’ll subscribe to a membership plan, set up your profile (list your services, set your rates, and availability), and then you can start connecting with families through the platform.
