• During this session we will discuss any roadblocks or challenges you are facing when it comes to communicating with your toddler.
• We will brainstorm a plan to consistently implement for 3 days with support
• We will track any observable changes in behavior/language and troubleshoot via text to modify or add to the existing plan

• Mindful Parenting for Managing Meltdowns is a comprehensive program designed to help parents manage their child's unwanted or oppositional behaviors. You'll receive a 60-minute video call for strategic planning and a written plan that includes clear goals and actionable steps to help you achieve them. This ensures that you're never alone on this journey and have access to the guidance and expertise you need to succeed. Our program empowers you to become a more mindful parent, equipped with the tools and techniques necessary to manage your child's meltdowns with confidence and ease. With our help, you can create a more harmonious home environment and strengthen your relationship with your child.

Follow-ups that you will share during your engagement :

• 2 x 20-minute check-in calls on Day 2 and Day 5. These calls will give us the opportunity to celebrate success or to troubleshoot any issues you are having with the plan.
• 5 days of chat support to address any follow up questions you may have about reacting or responding to your child’s behaviors
• Reference sheet with scripted examples of responses to your child’s unwanted behavior

1st Session 60 mins:

• During the strategic planning session, we'll work together to map out your concerns and organize your thoughts into an actionable plan. We'll equip you with the tools and knowledge necessary to become a proactive advocate for your child, ensuring that their IEP is tailored to their specific needs.

2nd Session 30-mins :

• Review session after the meeting. Following your child's meeting with the school and service providers, we'll meet again,. During this time, we'll go over the proposed draft, discuss any necessary revisions, and ensure that you're comfortable with the final plan before signing off.
• As a parent of a child with special needs, you have the right to feel confident and empowered during the IEP process. With our program, you can approach each annual meeting with a sense of ease, knowing that you're fully prepared to advocate for your child's needs and secure the support they deserve. This program is intended for parents of students in grades K-5.

• Newborn Safety & Planning Session,parents can ensure their newborn's safety and plan ahead. Our expert consultant will discuss the best practices for navigating the first twelve weeks, offering tailored advice and tips based on the infant's individual needs and the parents' input and concerns. This session is an opportunity for new mothers to gain the confidence and peace of mind they need to manage their daily routine and to establish healthy sleep hygiene for their little ones. With this invaluable resource, parents can have their unique questions answered and rest assured they are well-equipped for the journey ahead.
• This session includes a Newborn Sleep Guide and a Master Sleep Chart with age-appropriate wake windows and sample sleep schedules through 24 months.

• For parents with babies our Premium Sleep Package is the perfect solution for improving your child's sleep routine. Includes a thorough assessment of your current sleep circumstances during a free 30-minute discovery call. Once you sign on and pay for the package, you'll receive an initial 60-minute video call to discuss a written plan written specifically for your child. We will address any lingering questions you may have before implementing the action steps.
• Over the course of 14 days, we'll offer you chat support to troubleshoot and follow up on progress and success. On the 7th day, you'll have a 30-minute video call to discuss any necessary changes heading into the second week of the plan. Finally, a 30-minute video call will be scheduled for the 14th day to wrap up the process and discuss a route for continued success.
• Throughout this program, you can expect tailored advice on sleep safety, wake windows, and age-appropriate schedules. We'll also provide you with strategies for encouraging independence that correlate with your parenting style and offer coaching around naps and early morning wakes.
